My daughter, friend and children were in a pool side room. Told no one available to fix plugged tub/shower drain in their at 6:30pm on a Saturday. Told no other rooms open, all were booked.
Amazing staff! Always have smiles on their faces. Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds. Nice pool area. What else can someone ask for?
This holiday in is absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly, the furniture comfortable and the rooms were very inviting.
Had a great time here! Threw a birthday party for my son and we didn't have to pay extra for more swimmers. The beds were super comfy and we cranked the air! We slept till 9 am which I never sleep that long! Awesome hotel but eating at the machine she'd the next morning not so great. We were ignored for 25 minutes so we are the Buffett since we were just sitting there.
Lucky I stopped by to see my grandchildren. I had to fix it for them!
Good place to stay. Would be 5 bit kind of noisy... need more sound dampening.
Offered "no" other assistance, not even a plunger. Four people could not shower after being in the pool or the following morning.
